This school is alright. It is the hometown of Stan Brakage. If you don't know who he is... he's the father of Avant Guarde film in America. This school will teach you the basics, without professional information. If you want to learn digital, go somewhere else. The current head of the faculty is also the digital teacher and he is not qualified for either position. Know that ahead of time. Look somehwere else for technical knowledge. An amazing critical studies and history school, some of the top scholars in the field teach here. Jam Farmer, Ernesto Acemendez, Bruce Kaiwin, and other great scholars were for this program. Highly suggested for film critics and screenwriters.

"I was there for a year. I took a film class with Ernesto Acevedo-Munoz--good guy, true to the straight beauty of film. really well-studied in his field. can't leave until the credits are done rolling. deep! wouldnt trade my experience Don't know about the production aspect. I don't think I'd go back for it either. But remember, I do live in Los Angeles. "
