Its a great place to start off, and to transfer to one of the bigger film schools. For a community college, it probably has by far the best equipment, and talent then any other community college in the state. Professors are experienced and very helpful. Students tend to be cocky at first but realize its a team effort at the end. Many students have transfered to USC, UCLA, and NYU. There is a very good Film Club that helps with productions, and how to transfer material. Overall, A very great place to do films and of course the location of San Diego, you get the best weather without the traffic of LA
