International Film & Broadcast Academy

This is Nigeria's first private film school. It caters to the training needs of Nigeria's emerging home video industry and the newly deregulated electronic media. Students come in from some west african countries. Founded in 1997, It is funded by donations, Tuition, and grants.

My name is Umar Yakubu Ali from Lokoja, the Confluence city and capital city of Kogi State. I am the current Kogi State Chairman of Association of Movie Producers, Nigeria. I am a former student of IFBA under the guidance of the Veteran Olu Jacobs around 1997-98 I think.One of my coursemates in the Acting class that I still remember is Princess the Comedian. The Academy is the best on this planet earth o!
