Film and Television Institute of Tamil Nadu

The institute is equipped with state of the art machines. The institute has more experienced faculty. The institute offering courses in direction, editing, audiography, cinematography, film processing. Most of the technicians working in south India are from Film and Television Institute of Tamilnadu (FTIT) only. The institute is older than FTII. It was established in 1940. The institute is governed by the Public Relations and Information Ministry of Tamilnadu.
