Reviews
This school gives their students everything they need to start working in the film industry. It´s free, but has a triple entry exam where only 70 students are accepted, from more than 1000 that try to get in. Excellent professors, updated filmmaking equipment and the best surroundings needed to learn everything about movies. It has 7 specialties: Directing, Screenwriting, Cinematography, Production, Sound, Editing and Art.
Ok, this may not be the best film school on the planet! But consider it is a State financed school (there is no tuition), only grants access to a very limited amount of students after a very tough selection process; and that it has a very intensive curricula. I've studied cinematography, being most of the three years in the set, shooting, lighting, setting the camera, once and again, and again, and yet again. With a staff of very dedicated professors making sure you think what your doing, not just imitating procedures, but learning the foundations behind what you are doing, and why you are doing it!
