Accomplished Writer/Director, Gary Young is delivering an intensive, one day writer’s workshop and case study of the award winning feature ‘Harry Brown’, starring Michael Caine, Ben Drew (Plan B) and Emily Mortimer.
Though this intensive one day writer’s workshop, Gary will take participants page by page, through the ‘Harry Brown screenplay, demonstrating how he developed the dialogue, story and characters. Participants will be given their own copy of the screenplay together with key techniques and tips such as; How to create dialogue which will ‘leap off the page’, and ‘How to write cinematically’.
The workshop will be followed by a 1 hour Q & A. All participants will be entered into our prize draw to get a 30 minute 1-1 with Gary Young.
This is also a great networking opportunity to meet writers and directors and industry professionals.
