The “State of Your World” competition invites filmmakers from around the worls to create a short comedy no longer than 2 minutes in length that shows a comic vision of world events today. The top films will be showcased and broadcast on the web. The winner will receive a cash prize. There is an entry fee of $10 US. Entries will be judged by industry professionals.
