With DAVID TILEY – “Internet implications on the Film and Video world”
David Tiley is a film writer and internet content manager who also edits Screen Hub, an online film and television industry magazine.
He will explore some of the implications of the internet for the film and video world. He will start with the blogosphere, explore some of the sites on the ABC and SBS which were supported by Film Victoria and the AFC, culminating in the recent projects from the broadband initiative.
David also hopes to look at some examples of powerful work in Flash, and talk about some of the implications of BitTorrent, and other more familiar download technologies.
