The San Diego Film & Screenwriting Festival is a five day competitive event, celebrating the art and craft of acting in film. With this is mind, the fest showcases the best in American features, documentaries, shorts and screenplays. Recently named to four ‘Top 10’ lists in the Ultimate Film Fesitval Survival Guide. Last year, the fest attracted over 15,000 people to the city’s historic Gaslamp Quarter. The 2005 event will screen over 75 films and host a wide variety of panels, workshops and parties. Dozens of press and distributors in attendance, with several films & screeplays securing deals in 2004.
