Join the Los Angeles Post Production Group for an exciting evening at our first ever Premiere Pro vs. Final Cut Pro Shoot Out! This side-by-side comparison is an amazing opportunity to see with your own eyes how Premiere Pro performs against Final Cut Pro first hand!
We’ll begin the evening with Adobe’s Karl Soule who will show us exciting new features of CS5 Production Premium. Then he’ll put on his “game face” and represent Team Premiere Pro as we put him head to head against one of our skilled LAPPG editor members, Stuart Ferreyra of Timecode Multimedia who will represent Team Final Cut Pro.
Moderating this event will be David Basulto (Filmmaking Central, Post Magazine) who will be putting our participants through a series of tasks including, ingesting materials, working in After Effects, building transitions, etc.
This will be a great “for fun” event that will really showcase these systems and how they stack up! And one lucky attendee will win a complete Production Premium CS5 package (valued at $1700.) Come and enjoy the most entertaining evening of editing around!
