PA Bootcamp

PA Bootcamp is specifically designed for “new kids on the block”, ie anyone new to the film/television industry or simply wanting to get into this lucrative international industry. The 2-day workshop will teach you skills which will enable you to find work in the film industry in South Africa (and ultimately worldwide) as a Production Assistant. Lectures are given by professional filmmakers/producers with more than 10 years experience in the industry. The workshop costs ZA R850 and the first workshop for 2006 will be held from 11 – 12 Feb in Sandton, Johannesburg. Regrettably no accommodation is provided. All students attending will receive an Attendance Certificate and the opportunity to work on a film set.
