Founded by St.Petersburg Filmmaker’s Union festival is held with the assistance of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, St.Petersburg Government and Committee of Culture of St. Petersburg. Festival program includes main competition (fiction, documentary and animation films) and a special 5-minute-length fiction film competition.
