Milton Keynes Film Network (MKFN) is running the first ever Milton Keynes 48 Hour Film Challenge over the weekend of 20th-22nd November 2015.
This is a competitive filmmaking challenge enabling teams of filmmakers to come together to create a short films from scratch in just 48 hours.
There will be cash and other prizes for ‘Best Film’ in two categories:
• ‘Best Film – MKFN Filmmakers Challenge 2015’ (adult category)
• ‘Best Film – MKFN Young Filmmakers challenge 2015’ (team all 19 or younger in age)
It’s a great opportunity for experienced and new filmmakers alike to try their hand at making a short film over a weekend.
We can also announce that Tim Searle (an animator of ‘Have I got News for you’ fame) will be one of the film judges and will be giving out the Best Film awards at the Screening & Awards evening.
Teams who wish to take part can now register on the MKFN website.
