Everyone else: The film festival is an attempt to showcase Gainesville’s interesting and uniquely vast artist local talent. The event is completely funded by a private donor who wishes to help local artists and at the same time revitalize local small business strength. Our city has an unparalleled position in artistic and creative talent, our goal is unify and showcase as much as we can. THEREFORE:
-We will be a not-for -profit organization.
-The film festival is for Alachua County, FL residents only and current students of that county’s schools.
-The festival is paid for. Though we are not looking for major funding, we will take all the help and/or advice you can give us.
-We WILL give the winner $10,000 in Nov 2005, no matter what.
