Description

You are invited behind the scenes at the London Film Academy to join an intimate tour of a working film set. Watch the creation of the 2-minute films, which will be shot by the Filmmaking Diploma students.
Watch how a film is lit, shot and directed on industry-standard equipment. LFA tutors, staff and students will be available to take questions about the filmmaking process and the Filmmaking Diploma course.
The FREE tours will take place on weekdays between
Wednesday 9 to Wednesday 16 December, 14.00-16.00.

Students on the one-year Filmmaking Diploma see their films come to life, from script to screen, and get the chance to:
* Shoot on Super 16mm film
* Use industry-standard equipment, including Arri SR3 cameras
* Visit the world-famous Pinewood Studios and the 007 Stage
* Learn about producing their projects, including finance and distribution
* Have their films screened on the film festival circuit
* Work alongside the film & TV industry’s leading professionals, including:
o Phil Meheux, Director of Photography (‘Casino Royale’, ‘Scum’, ‘The Long Godd Friday’)
o Chris Seager, Director of Photography (‘Storm Breaker’, ‘White Noise’, ‘Dark Blue Rising’)
o Robin Vidgeon, Director of Photography (‘Hellraiser’, ‘The Fly II’, ‘Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom’)
o John Ward, Steadicam Operator/Director of Photography (‘The Firm’, ‘The Fifth Element’, ‘Full Metal Jacket’)
