The Jubilee is a juried festival for short films (under 30 minutes). It is a celebration of independent filmmaking with screenings, seminars, workshops, receptions with BBQ & Jazz. We accept work in the following categories: narrative, documentary, animation, experimental and works inspired by Jazz.
