Description

he International Short Film Festival Leuven (ISFFL) was founded in 1995 and started out as a ‘Short Film Night’ with 450 enthusiast visitors for a small program of 13 films by at the time young directors like Jaco van Dormael (Mr. Nobody) and Frank Van Passel (Villa des Roses).
16 years later the ISFFL is one of the biggest short film festivals in Belgium, with a program of about 300 films from 28 countries spread over 140 screenings and manifested itself as a place-to-be for international film professionals. Over the years the ISFFL created a specialised short film DVD label (Selected Shorts), is engaged in short film distribution and organizes short film activities throughout the year
