The object of the festival is:
* To promote screening of animation and increase the awareness of animated expressions in the Nordic-Baltic countries.
* To organize competition programmes for nordic and baltic animation.
* To be an arena for nordic and baltic animators.
* To promote dialogue between moviemakers, cartoonists, designers, artists and audience.
* To organize seminars, workshops and masterclasses
