Frames Film Festival is an Indian undergraduate- level film festival organised by students of Bachelors of Mass Media affiliated with the University of Mumbai. It is an effort by the students of film-making to create a platform for amateur film-makers to showcase their talents to a wider audience.
Founded in 2004, Frames has been graced with eminent personalities from the Indian Film Industry: Sanjay Gupta, Mahesh Bhatt, Madhur Bhandarkar, Nagesh Kukunoor, Anurag
Kashyap, Raghav Sachar, Mohit Suri, Meghna Naidu, Vinita Nanda, Ashok Pandit,
Dolly Thakore, Sameet L. Bhadkar, Tabun Sutradhar, Rakesh Kumar, Rohit
Shetty, Piyush Pandey, Rituparna Sengupta, Ashok Mehra, Shibani Kashyap,
Sanjeev Srivastav, Abhijeet Sawant and Sanjay Chel.
