Final Cut is one of the UK’s most successful independent short film exhibitors and will be responsible for organising the festival’s largest film event, in which over 70 new shorts from local, national and international film-makers will be showcased. Planning is well advanced, with all venues and dates confirmed and some exciting special events planned, including a hook-up with France’s Qwartz Music Festival to show some of their innovative music videos.
All screenings include our popular ‘Trailer Trash’ section of teasers for new and almost-completed shorts plus film-inspired VJ sets from top Brighton video artists.
If you would like to have your film screened in this major short film event, please visit our website at www.finalcut.gb.com and follow the ‘submission’ link for advance programme details and a downloadable submission form. The deadline for receipt of films is Friday, April 20th and films not selected will automatically be considered for inclusion in one of our monthly events.
