This 4-week introductory course, designed for students with no prior experience, provides a comprehensive grounding in the basic principles of filmmaking by developing an understanding of visual storytelling and encouraging collaboration. Students produce a short film from storyboard to screen, acquiring knowledge of scripting, storyboarding, directing, working with actors, camera use, lighting, editing and post-production.
