The Royal Commonwealth Society is keen to promote the Commonwealth Vision (Film) Competition. It is open to individuals under the ahge of 30 living or from a Commonwealth Country.Winners would be in line to receive monetary and film equipment prizes, as well as exposure across Film Festivals across the Commonwealth.
