The Crested Butte Film Festival is a four-day celebration of international cinema, high in the mountains of Colorado. Last year we screened over 50 films, held events and paneled discussions with filmmakers to a combined audience of 1500 during our festival. Award-winning films such as Marwencol, Revanche, If A Tree Falls, Fuel, Here and others played to enthusiastic crowds, hungry to see films from the world around them.
Our goal is to bring the best of world cinema home to our mountain town. We’re also excited to discover new films from unknown talents, and, we like to have a good time. Hopefully, you’ve already heard of Crested Butte: the skiing, the mountain biking, the music and arts festivals, the laid back, fun-loving lifestyle. But really, the only thing you need to know about Crested Butte is that everyone who comes to Crested Butte loves Crested Butte. We look forward to you being a part of it.
