Minsk Independent Cinema Club (www.kinaklub.org) welcomes filmmakers
from allover the world to take part in the International Short Film
Festival Cinema Perpetum Mobile. The project is aimed at promoting
cinematic means of cultural diversity and supporting independent
filmmaking.
To participate the filmmaker needs to present a short film (no longer
than 20 minutes) on the topic of perpetual motion or send the ready
one that meets the concept of the festival. The authors are free to
artistically interpret the theme and develop their ideas on what the
“perpetuum mobile” is.

Short-listed works will be included into the Festival Films Collection
for further distribution.
The winners will also be awarded with the special sponsor and partner
prizes.
The participation is free.
The deadline for registration: 01.10.2011
