27 + 1 short film festival will take place in Moscow in 4 – 6th December 2009. The festival will present to the public and to the professionals a selection of wide ranging humorous, ironic and offbeat works from the 27 countries of the european union and russia. The call for entry deadline is 20 October 2009.
