25 FRAMES TIL MIDNIGHT is one of the five finalists competing in Arts Centrals’ Project Pilot. The series follows 10 first time filmmakers in a quest to find Singapore’s next filmmaker. It could be you!
Our candidates are divided into two teams; they receive a crash course in guerilla filmmaking, a camera and a micro budget to create 5 genre short films – each of which must be delivered on the stroke of midnight. Only the strongest will survive, as only one talented filmmaker will remain at the end of the 13 rounds.
