25 FPS – International Experimental Film and Video Festival (Zagreb, Croatia) is an annual event entirely focused on the experimental movement during history and present time. The main goal of the festival is to promote works that use conceptual and technological possibilities of film and video; works that relate to the tradition of experimental and avant-garde film making in an innovative way; works that reveal new forms of the moving image.
