extremely low budget. Experience with subtle gore effects a plus.
PROP MASTER ? Needs to be an experienced prop master, good at creating props and researching period and native American pieces.
GAFFER - Needs to be creative in use of grip package and natural light. Principal photography will take place mostly in wooded locations, during the day.
CAMERA OPERATOR ? Needs experience shooting on HD - the cameras are Panasonic HVX 200, handheld style shooting.
LOADER/ASST. EDITOR - Will be responsible for loading cameras, labeling
footage on drives and organizing it for dailies. Must be good with the
cameras, editing systems and trouble-shooting technology in general.
CASTING DIRECTOR ? Needed ASAP, researching named actors and
contacting agents.
PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS ? Needs to be professional, hard working, friendly, easy going and willing to learn. We prefer people with experience but will gladly train.
This is a professional but fun shoot with a close knit friendly crew ? looking to achieve a common purpose.

I wish I could do this. I'm a pretty good operator - I operated on a show about two months ago using that Panasonic. But three weeks with no pay isn't something I can afford to do. Where is your Los Angeles office? I know a great 2nd who would make a great First - maybe I can send her your way.
Let us know of your progress, okay? I'd love to know your experience casting named actors with that agreement.
