Thanks for taking the time to read this- my name's Nik and I've been producing moody electronica for the last few years now and have had a couple of releases off tiny independents.
I'm currently working along side a more poppy ballady writer and we're currently in the process of finishing off our first EP. We're looking at self releasing around october/november time and for that we've got a music video being shot and the like, all of which is looking relatively promising.
To the lead up, about a month before we're looking at releasing a free downloadable remix I wrote for one of his tracks, I was wondering if there's anyone at all that would be interested and able to put together a simple (but hopefully decent) music vid for the free release, something as simple as a time lapse city/countryside video edited well to suit the track (specifically the dynamics), different vids pulled together and edited to suit, or anything they believed suitable.
In terms of pay, everything is being put out by the two of us and we are average joes with average jobs trying to get by and are therefore pretty skint, obviously however we appreciate that time would be put into it and are open to talk if there's an opportunity for something that's good (though the pay is unlikely to reflect that if I'm honest).
I'm sure it's usually declared on here, it could be decent exposure for some people on here, especially if the EP goes well. However as I'm sure everyone recognises these are all big words with little substance except our music.
