Submissions will be accepted until 10/20. Winners will be announced 10/27. In between is when we want registered judges to view and rate the films. If you are interested, go to ?url="http://kurzfest.us.tp"?kurzfest.us.tp?/url?, click on the judges link, fill out the form and submit it, then click on the forum link and register for the forum. When we get your submission, we will send you the password to get into the judges forum.
and then how would we view the films?
Registered judges will get to see the films after the submission deadline. We will send you a link to a page that is exclusive to the registered judges and that contains links to all featured submissions. There will be a form that contains an embeded video or a link to where the video is. You will use this form to rate and leave comments and all that.
