Magique Productions, Ltd. is looking to partner with a Las Vegas area local studio who can provide facilities for shooting our first episode of Raven Crest. We need around 15,000 sq. ft. of studio or warehouse space to build sets and shoot the pilot episode. The location must have the following features:
1. Good sound, preferably away from airplane and highway traffic noises.
2. High ceilings (at least 20')
3. Heat and Air conditioning
4. Electric
5. Approximately 15,000 sq. ft. or more
6. Space available for minimum of 4 months to build sets and shoot the pilot. Preferrably longer so that additional episodes may be created if the series does well.

We will offer the partner a percentage of profits from the series. Other terms of a partnership can be negotiated and we are open to many different partnership models.
