i just happen to come across ur post while doing something for work, but i put music to a surf video for a student project, and i used two bands, C24C and Hard Luck Story. you can look them up and contact them on MySpace.com. I mean if you contact them you can probably get it for free, worth a try right! unless u have already found someone, good luck!
