Movie Project - Film Making Freelance Job Opportunity

I have been mandated to secure the services of a seasoned film maker that

can turn an idea into a masterpiece movie.
The story is simple enough and the film maker will be responsible for hiring

the basic film cast that will be responsible for creating the characters, scenes,

plots, costumes and every other element that will compliment this marvel of a

story.

i need a film maker to develop, direct and produce and write a movie script

PG-18 ? 165 min ? Action, Horror, Thriller, Suspense.

The story goes thus.

20 yrs ago, a serial killer murdered 16 victims in one single night all on the

same street/town but in different houses on this street/town. The killer was

never found.
20 yrs on, the same thing begins all over on the same street/town only this

time, its not certain if its a copy cat killer or some kind of evil presence

re-enacting the killings which are brutal and inhumane.

We want a someone that is an expert in capturing the audience with his/her

movies.
