I am from Burma, one of the Film Directors.
In fact, my ambition is to be a winner of Oscar Award for Foreign-Language Film. According to academy rules, foreign film that have opened in the United State are eligible to compete in the at large categories. To qualify for Foreign-Language Film, however, a film must be sent by its country of origin to the Academy, where a committee selects the five nominees. So i will have to create a film for international market. I have my own story and screenplay to create that sort of film. But film budget is beyond my reach personally.
Now i am seeking for a financier who really interested in making film in Burma.

I've been involved in film financing for several years. There are few things a potential investor is going to need.
First will be completed budget - top sheet and line item budget.
A finished script.
A good business plan which should include the resumes of the people involved, all the research you've done regarding shooting in Burma and info on crews and actors.
