Hello all!
I am looking for an Exterior location to shoot a short film, in or around the Los Angeles area. The script calls for a "Library" but anything resembling a library will work. We can always "Dress" the location with a sign if need be. Mostly what I need are doors that lead to stairs which lead to a street.
All of the action takes place outside and 95 percent of it happens by a parked car in front of the library. So we don't need to film inside at all but access for actors and crew to use the restroom would be excellent.
Again this location can be a private residence, somewhere that is normally off limits, it doesn't matter, you'd be surprised at what we can make work.
ALSO
I am in need of a picture car. I'm looking for an older model car with a protruding bumper.
The script calls for a 78 VW bug convertible (like the one pictured), but I am open to other suggestions.
A convertible is also excellent but not required. The vehicle should NOT be in good condition, appearance wise as it belongs to a "college student".
Most of the film will take place around the vehicle.
