We are seeking a Training Designer and Coordinator in our corporate office located in Signal Hill, California. The Training Designer and Coordinator (TDC) creates and designs training agendas, and training presentations using internal and external sources.
The TDC will be responsible for:
1. Designing components of the training program.
2. Creating training requirements and agendas for all positions within the company.
3. Creating and coordinating training presentations. (multimedia)
4. Working with internal and external sources to deliver training presentations.
5. Track training participation.
6. And other duties as assigned.
The Job Qualifications / Skills needed for this position are:
1. Creative abilities in multi-media.
2. Experience designing training materials.
3. Graphic arts and design experience.
4. Excellent customer service skills, exceptional organizational skills.
5. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, employees, vendors and the public.
6. High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
7. Demonstrated design ability.
