? Goal-oriented and dependable individually and as part of a team.
? Have a clear understanding of the workflow from conception, to recording audio and video, to editing.
? Have a high affinity with trends in social media and a familiarity with internet research
? Studio experience is a large advantage, as is comfortably operating video and sound equipment outside of the studio.
? Capable of establishing videos in various different setups in a consistent and universally recognizable manner
? Eager and able to integrate themselves into the existing workflow, as well as bring their own ideas of further development and improvements to the team
? Connected to instruments, or play an instrument
? Passionate about their work. Their career means more than income alone.
? The applicant must be willing to move to Markneukirchen, Germany.

Responsibilities include:
? Sound and Video recording
? Production and editing of sales relevant product videos of instruments and amplifiers, artist profiles and interviews, event documentation, and DVDs
? Maintaining the company?s YouTube channels

Equipment includes:
? Digital cameras with fixed and interchangeable lenses (Sony, Panasonic, GoPro)
? Professional audio equipment (Sennheiser, Neumann, UC, Mackie)
? Studio lighting
? Audio and video editing software on a Mac platform (ProTools 10, Cubase LE, Premiere Pro CS 5.5, After Effects CS 5.5)
