Hello. I'm Bree Keckler, producer of my own independent production company Skyblueeyes Productions.

I am currently working on my first short film, Back Then. While I'm waiting until we are ready to film Back Then, I've been working with a writer on a series temporarily called Wonderwall (I'm bad at titling things, so that's why it's temporary). The outline is being created at the moment.

Wonderwall is a Christian series about a teenager named Duncan who moves to Green Shoals, Rhode Island and discovers that the town's residents believe the town is cursed--Helm's Curse, they call it. Stanley Helm was a sailor who lived in Green Shoals in the late 1800s and tried to bring this town to know God. It's a modern allegory to Jonah preaching to Nineveh, save for in Green Shoals, the town did not repent. Now the endless rain showering the town is a constant reminder that the people still need to repent. Duncan sets out to solve the mystery of Stanley Helm and the curse. Meanwhile, he meets a depressed atheist girl named Rowan who herself comes to know God and recover from the pain of her difficult past.

I am hoping to find any other filmmakers who want to work on this project with me. Any producers, directors, directors of photography, actors, writers, miscellaneous crew members. I want this project to be a big project for other Christian filmmakers to get involved with.
I currently live in the Midwest USA, but by this time next year, I'll be living near the Outer Banks of North Carolina, which is where I plan to film the series. Anyone near NC who wants to be involved, send me a message, comment, or email skyblueeyesproductions?gmail.com and we'll get to talking.
