Hi there. Im a newbie and I am having some real problems with the quality of my video. I just bought a JVC GR D270 Mini Dv Camercorder and I am getting a lot of vertical lines in the video. Wether its indoor or outdoor I still get the same vertical lines. It wasnt doing this before, but I just noticed its getting more noticeable. Any tips or advice would be great.

Might be worth taking the camera to a reputable service centre if this is getting more noticable. Particularly if it is appearing on the tapes when played back via another piece of equipment.
Otherwise, it might be worth checking you haven't switched on the Zebra pattern function, which places "zebra stripes" in the viewfinder to help you see areas which are overexposed (although note that not all cameras have this)
