I wouldn't blame Spielburg or Burnett for their website not working. If you think they reviewed it and didn't put it up because of content then you probably violated some term in the video. I very much doubt anyone didn't put it up because they were out to get you.
Also i heard they really frowned on people submitting trailers because they don't really show your ability to tell a story.
