this is a very broad topic and i woulkd just like to get your opinions on hoe you deal with bad weather condition when it comes to filming.
do you check the weather forcast a couple of days before shooting and if its bad cancel? or do you change the shooting scedual to film a different scene, how tolerant are you with the weather (do you make sure light conditions are perfect, or do you just make sure it was vaugly the same weather as previous shoot?
i suppose it depends on the scale of the film, and how much of a hassel it would be to cancel for actors etc.
i personaly like using amatuer actors who work for free and are keen to learn more, because they are working fro free they probably have other ocupations so cancelations would be a bitch for them.
thanks for any replies chaps:)
(a) Shoot exteriors first if possible. (b) Have alternate scenes and locations ready, if possible, in case the weather turns. (c) Shoot in the US SouthWest USA where the weather is mild and more predictable (Hollywood's location is not an accident).

thanks rjschwarz, im in uk though.
(a) and (b) still apply. (c) was more of a cheeky answer sense few low budget filmmakers have the ability to relocate easily anyway.
