It looks like they synchronized Rosemary's Baby with The Wizard of Oz. This is probably one reason The Beatles decided to use Rosemary's Baby as a synchronization film for their albums, at least as early on as The White Album. The Beatles synchronized albums with The Wizard of Oz all through their career (Please Please Me, Beatles For Sale, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, and Abbey Road confirmed so far). Of course Rosemary's Baby was synchronized with The Beatles entire record album catalog, probably because The Beatles used The Wizard of Oz for their albums. I'd be almost willing to bet that the three Wizard of Oz start points the Beatles used were used in creating Rosemary's Baby.

Pink Floyd also used both movies for The Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall, and indications that the movies were synchronized stem from The Dark Side of the Moon synchronization, where the song entitled Money begins as a dream begins in both movies, dreams which begin immediately after injurious encounters with windows.

The Cure also used both movies, plus Excalibur, for their album entitled Pornography, which leads me to believe that The Beatles and Pink Floyd may have used at least one other movie as synchronization material for the creation of their record albums.

Khephra Sol,

This is your official warning. There is no need to start a new thread about this subject. Your original thread is just fine - and was getting a lot of response. If you start another one it will be deleted.
