I have it (came free with Avid Xpress Pro), and it's proven useful in the past. However, I think you'd need to spend a lot of money buying their music libraries for it to cover any eventuality that you might need... I've mostly used it for things like music over credits and background music in bars and the like.

Given the choice, I'd still find a decent composer and get them to do the music instead.
