Keep in mine...this is fairly low-budget.

On a very low budget the simplest and cheapest way is to set up your shot of person number one, lock dow the camera (keep it from moving) and shoot the scene. Then bring in the next person and shoot them.

In the editing, you make a cut and do a dissolve.
