Lately i have had a problem with whites jumping when displayed on an external tv monitor. i don't have this problem on my computer display however. I have tried toning down the whites a bit but this usaaully doesn't help much. i know i have seen somewhere about how/ or why these lines act this way but i havent had time to searc through the archives. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
