I am just trying to get a feel for filming locations to see where i can go, so i can make my script up.
It says you need public liabilty insurance to a min of 12 million pounds. Does anyone know how much that would cost and do you need a business set up already.

I pay around 300 pounds a year for combined equipment and public liability insurance... I think mine covers 2 million. If it's for a short shoot then you could probably get 12 million for a reasonable price, but short-term insurance for movies is never cheap.

It's mad if i cant do it in an oppurtunist way. I.E walking down a walkway and acting. I'll try and find public places to film so i don't have to get permission.
