Hi I am making a horror movie and I have two difficult scenes.
In the one scene a guy gets stabbed through the leg(upper leg) by a steel pipe. How can I mount it on to the leg and make it look real. And in the next scene a guy gets stabbed through the stomach also with a steel pipe. How can I mount it on his body and make it look real.

I could be wrong but I think the standard way would be to do something similar to the old arrow through the head trick. The pipe connects to a piece of metal that shifts around the body so you have one prop instead of two. This would keep the pieces of pipe from sagging and looking fake if done correctly.

You will need two different props. One (called the "hero") will be the pipe the actor carries around. The other will be a lighter "efx" prop. Get a piece of PVC and paint it to look like the hero prop. Attach the efx prop to a piece of leather (4x2 - larger for the stomach piece). With twine or rope, tie the leather (with the prop) to the actors leg (or stomach) under the clothing. Rip a whole in the costume, of course.

You can run some tubing under the costume to the wound - use a large syringe filled with fake blood and pump blood out of the wound.
