BUT, well heres the Locatoin, I need LOTS of help:
-College Campus - Quad wide angle and close up, Classroom, Professor Office
-Exterior and Interior of an Apartment Building
-Campus Cafeteria
-Club
-Airport Parking, Airport Curbside, Airport interior
-Airplane
-Ice Cream Parlor inside a mall
-a Mall
-Victorias Secret
-Elevator(apartment)
-House for a House party, outside shots as well
-Cab
-Supermarket
I REALLY NEED ALL THE ADVICE I CAN GET ON MY TWO QUESTIONS HERE, ONE ABOUT CAMERAS CALLED CANON XL H1, AND THIS ONE, AND HELP DOES NOT GO UN-NOTICED, THERE IS A REALLLLLLY LONG SECTION OF CREDITS THAT ARE ENTITLED THANKS TO, ETC. 😀

You get access and permission by asking. Deceptively simple, but it's really the only way. If you can afford a location service, here in Los Angeles there are dozens of them - if you can afford to hire a location manager here in Los Angeles there are hundreds of them, if you are doing it yourself, start scouting and making the calls. Permits in Los Angeles are handled by FilmL.A., Inc. ( http://www.eidc.com/)

-College Campus - Quad wide angle and close up, Classroom, Professor Office
There are over 100 college campuses in the Los Angeles area. Most of them charge to shoot and they almost always have a liaison in the office for just this purpose. Find the campuses you like and go - in person - to discuss your plans.

-Exterior and Interior of an Apartment Building
There are thousands in the area. Shouldn't be a problem at all. You must know someone who lives in an apartment you could ask.

-Campus Cafeteria
Shouldn't this fall under your first request? Rather than a new line, just add this to your campus list. the answer is the same.

-Club
No different than my other advice. Find several clubs you would like to use, go (in person) and speak to the manager or owner.

-Airport Parking, Airport Curbside, Airport interior
You got this covered.

-Airplane
Shouldn't your dad be able to help you with this, too?
-Ice Cream Parlor inside a mall
I think by now you know what my answer will be.

-a Mall
-Victorias Secret
-Elevator(apartment)
-House for a House party, outside shots as well
Same answer.

-Cab
I've done this often. It's very simple. A cab drive doesn't care what's going on, he just wants to be paid. Hire a cab for the length of time you need to shoot and go.

I should think you could get a college to let you film while they are on semester break when students are gone. Advertise in student paper for students wanting to be extras in the film and use them and actors when campus is closed for break. A student would also let you use her apartment I am sure if you let her be an extra. Get releases for everybody whose face is on film, before shooting. Just my five cents of thought. Record ambient sounds of classroom, etc. to add to soundtrack. I am a college professor myself, I think you could find a professor willing to let you film in their office, or fake a professor's office using some other office--just stack books like an avalanche warning is eminent and have lots of messy papers, a PC, coffee cup (always).
