This is a difficult question, but which of these cameras is "better"?
I know the JVC has 700 lines and does 720p, whereas the Canon has 800 lines and does 1080i,
However, the JVC has a proper bayonet lens.
Which is better?

I have used both.
I bought the JVC.
Doesn't make it a better camera. But for my needs it was
the clear choice after spending several hours shooting with both.
