Now that the script for my indie film is locked you can see the full script in my blog http://www.filmschool.ph/blogger/?p=82#more-82, the major issues to be addressed are talent, location and production design. I?m still hoping for the best and if God willing, I?ll be able to bring in my actors from Manila. But as I learned in Producing 201, always have a back up plan. That goes for locations as well. I have a few scenes shot against an empty field. I have another one with the sea in the background.It was a great shot i assure you. Since my shoot days are limited to three, I really can?t afford to be rained out. As for my actors, the ones I asked are industry professionals. Talent and craft are not an issue with them. It all boils down to their availability, which in their cases mean everything. So, I must look for local talent just in case they can?t do it.
